Thea R. Fredericksen , MA, OTR/L, SWC
Thea was born and raised in a tiny town in Minnesota, but has been living in California since 2014. She graduated from St. Catherine University with her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2012. After trying out home health and school-based positions, Thea found her passion in pediatric outpatient therapy, which she believes allows her to best support her clients and their families.
Thea has a background in sensory integration and neuro-developmental treatment, as well as training in feeding therapy. She has an advanced practice certification in Swallowing Assessment, Evaluation, and Intervention, and loves supporting families by enabling them to engage in mealtimes with success.
When she’s not working, Thea loves traveling with her husband, spending time with her rescue dog Rula, baking sweet treats to share with her loved ones, and volunteering with Pinups for Pitbulls.
