GENERAL MANAGER
Alfonso Solis joined the Marine Corps on November 1992. Throughout his career, he attended numerous leadership training and educational programs and has held many leadership and managerial positions. He served in the Drill field, deployed to Afghanistan, and other operations. He has over 20 years of experience supervising and managing different types of cultures and environments. He retired from the Marine Corps on September 2013.
He is a proud husband and father of two and values the importance of family. He understands the hardships military families have to go through and the demand that it brings. He moved on to the civilian sector in 2013 into a Supervisor position for three years. In May of 2016, Alfonso joined the OTG family as the Office Manager. He loves what he does, including working with the military community and their families. Semper Fi.
