About Us

Founded in 2009, Oceanside Therapy Group offers speech-language, occupational, and physical therapy so that multiple services can be provided at one convenient location. Located very close to Camp Pendleton, OTG is honored to work with many military families in addition to other local families across North San Diego County.

Rebekah is a licensed speech-language pathologist who has actively worked as a therapist since 2006. As the clinic grew, she took on the role of clinic director, and with the help of the department managers, she supported all therapists and administrative staff to ensure the clinic ran smoothly. Joshua is the company’s Director of Operations and handles business, marketing, and community outreach at OTG.

Joshua & Rebekah are not just therapists. They are community builders. Their ability to provide 3 pediatric therapies in one place is a testament to their commitment to the families of North County San Diego. They are honored to provide a beautiful clinic with talented and caring clinicians, all working together to serve the therapeutic needs of the children in our community.

They wish to expand their services in the near future to bring therapy closer to those who need it. Their passion for helping families has shown through the last 14 years they have dedicated to running Oceanside Therapy Group. Welcome to the OTG family!

What Our Employees Are Saying About Us

There are many things I love about working at OTG

especially being part of the amazing community that has been built among those who work here and the families we work with! They really prioritize the wellbeing of the families we work with and the employees, and encourage collaboration and communication between therapists, admin, and management!

‐ Kendall

Oceanside Therapy Group is a great place where you work with and work for great people!

A family-centric company where interdisciplinary collaboration supports our greatest objective of all: success for the child! Working at OTG has helped me to refine my craft by teaching me to consider the needs of the whole child versus just the objectives in the treatment plan. Promoting play-based therapy and connection over compliance, my time at OTG has resulted in authentic relationships with both my patients and co-workers!

‐ Mollia Eberle, MS, CCC-SLP

OTG is a unique clinic, with various toys, games, and equipment shared by therapists

The opportunities for fun treatment activities are endless. It is truly a one of a kind working environment filled with laughter and fun from open to close. Thank you!
