HR COORDINATOR
Vivian earned her B.A. in Industrial Relations. She has experience in the manufacturing industry, labor relations, recruiting, and various HR responsibilities. Prior to OTG, she worked as an HR Generalist and has developed her career in the staffing industry working on-site and off-site with different clients in North County area. At OTG, she is responsible for processing new-hires, full cycle including new hire orientation, on-boarding, benefits, and open-enrollment. Vivian also handles payroll, time-keeping, benefits, and compliance in addition to HR special projects for OTG.
She enjoys to spending time with family, camping, and loves to play volleyball. Although she doesn’t do it often, she adores cooking and finds it peaceful. Cold Stone ice cream is her favorite dessert.
