At OTG, Kadee provides speech and language therapy to children with a wide range of communication needs, including, but not limited to, articulation, receptive and expressive language, and social communication skills. She is passionate about creating a positive and engaging environment where each child feels supported and empowered. Kadee emphasizes functional, play-based therapy and values strong partnerships with families to help carry over progress beyond the therapy room.
Prior to joining OTG, Kadee gained valuable clinical experience through internships in private practice, school-based settings (elementary and middle), and an adult outpatient rehabilitation clinic, where she worked with individuals recovering from strokes and traumatic brain injuries. These experiences helped shape her flexible, collaborative approach to therapy across the lifespan.
Kadee was drawn to OTG for its family-centered values, team-oriented culture, and commitment to professional growth. She is excited to continue her career at OTG alongside experienced clinicians and to contribute to a team dedicated to creating meaningful, lasting outcomes for every child.
Born and raised in California, Kadee finds joy in beach days, trying out new food spots, weekend adventures, and time with family and friends. She’s thrilled to advance her professional journey with OTG and is dedicated to helping children grow into confident communicators.
